Thanks to jet lag, our little one woke up at 1AM and was hungry. But overall, the jet lag adjustment is happening better than anticipated. We all woke up at 8h30 well rested.

Our first destination was Pals. A medieval town with high walls, narrow streets, arches over the street, and old churches. Very nice and quick visit in and out. A little challenging with a stroller but very well worth it. Free parking close by.

We then drove to Palafrugell and found a parking a few steps away from the beaches. We walked along the beach front, looking at every restaurant menu to find a good place for lunch. Until 1PM, only the Tapas menu is available. After, the full menu become available.

With a full belly, we headed to one of the many beaches. It was made of small little rocks, not sands. But it was a nice experience and I was able to nap in the shade.

Our kid ended up doing a long nap on the drive back to l’Escala. We knew he would not go to sleep early. We took that opportunity to walk along side the coast and looked at all restaurants crowded past 10h30 PM.
